CompassionMD™ is a subscription-based telehealth membership offered by CareClix Services, LLC. Clinical services are provided by licensed physicians of CareClix Network PA, an independent physician-owned medical practice. Members are matched with a physician licensed in their state. Care is delivered via secure video, phone, and messaging through compassionmd.com.

Your membership is a recurring monthly subscription. You will be charged $9.99/month automatically each month until you cancel. There are no additional per-visit fees. You may cancel at any time by phone, emailing support@compassionmd.com, or through your member account portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

CompassionMD™ is not health insurance and does not satisfy any insurance mandate. You remain responsible for all other medical expenses.
